A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. Includes cardio, strength training, balance and stretching. Appropriate for all Levels.

Fall Prevention and Balance Class
This class helps improve balance and strength. Movements focus on strengthening posture, ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving reaction time. Participants can use mini loop bands, small exercise ball, stress ball, Dyna Disc, cups, plates and rubber bands.
